Employers posting jobs are granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to access and use the Content for the sole purpose of seeking qualified candidates for jobs within your organization. Use must be in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Site Use

The HireDiversity.com Web Site may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information, and by employers seeking employees. In using the site or any site related service, the user agrees not to:

  • Inhibit or restrict any user from accessing, using and enjoying the Site and services;

  • Post or transmit any message, information, data, text or images that are unlawful, fraudulent, false, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or harmful;

  • Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, information such as opinions and notices or solicitation of goods or services for commercial purposes;

  • Post or transmit any information or software that contains a virus, worm, trojan horse or other harmful or corrupted data;

  • Post or transmit any content that violates or infringes upon another party's copyrighted or intellectual property rights;

Secure Area Use

Password-protected areas of HireDiversity.com are restricted to the individual or individuals (the *Authorized Party*) who have been given permission and a password to enter the area. Passwords may not be distributed to others, and the Authorized Party is responsible for any and all damages to HireDiversity.com resulting from the distribution of this password.

We recommend you keep your account numbers, user names and passwords secure to protect against unauthorized access to your accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password, which allows you access to your accounts.

Termination

Upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions HireDiversity.com reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including but not limited to the deletion of your resume or job posting from this Web Site and immediate termination of access to HireDiversity.com and/or any other service provided to you by us.
