We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:
Lawrenceville, GA
Our 20-bed Med Surg/Trauma ICU provides optimal care to trauma, general surgery, respiratory failure, and cardiac patients. The Registered Nurse independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients and uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patients’ plan of care. Primary diagnoses in the unit are Respiratory failure, (COPD, pneumonia) cardiac (MI, Chest pain), trauma, and general surgery.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and have a current Georgia RN. Current ACLS certification is required and CCRN is preferred. Two years recent Med/Surg, ICU or Critical Care experience is needed.
