Description

Responsibility:

· Develop & maintain good relationship with local bariatric KOLs

· Develop & implement the account plans for established & new bariatric & metabolic centers

· Generate stable patient flow by facilitating patient referral, organizing PR campaign & patient education activity etc.

· Organize regional bariatric academic event based on the customer needs to accelerate local bariatric development

· Master comprehensive bariatric & metabolic surgery knowledge, able to provide academic & technical support to bariatric surgeons

· Explore potential bariatric & metabolic business opportunities & try innovative tactics

· Establish successful business model for regional bariatric & metabolic business

· Closely cooperate with core sales team to deliver best sales results

· Achieve surgery volume target in responsible territories
