Qualifications
Required Skills:
- MS plus 7+ years or PhD plus 2+ years of job experience in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Genomics, Breeding, Biotechnology or related fields.
- Knowledge of basic Genetics/Genomics methodologies including, but not limited to, DNA/RNA isolation and characterization, real time PCR, multiplex assays, and allele discrimination.
- Experience in high throughput data generation and data interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently within matrix team system and also as an independent contributor.
Desired Experience:
1. Experience in biotechnology industry
2. Experience in high throughput automation and LIMS
3. Track record of publications on peer reviewed journals or patents.
