Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field of study
- 10+ years of progressive diversity and inclusion experience or related HR leadership experience
- People leadership experience
- Proven project management skills with a demonstrated ability to act responsibly in a fast paced environment
- Relationship development or relationship management experience with demonstrated ability to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategies at all levels of the company
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills and capability to collaborate with company leadership and interface effectively with external enforcement agency personnel
- Proven ability to anticipate obstacles and proactively identify solutions.
- Working knowledge of statistics and ability to analyze data and translate into easily understandable reports and recommendations
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must effectively interact with others at all levels within and external to the organization
- Intercultural competency (ability to work within a multi-national, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual organization)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary
