Qualifications
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field with CPA, MBA preferred
- At least 15 years of working experience in a finance role, preferably in an multi-national company environment
- Experience and demonstrated effectiveness in leading and developing people
- Relationship development or relationship management experience with demonstrated ability to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Intercultural competency (ability to work within a multi-national, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual organization)
- Excellent leading and influencing skills and demonstrated effectiveness in leading large organizations through prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of SAP and Essbase
- Solid understanding of GAAP
