Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, HRIS, HRIT, or related field of study
  • Advanced experience with configuring and implementing SuccessFactors TM-related modules:   Performance, Goals, Succession, 360, StackRanker, Calibration, Reporting, Career Development Planning, Role-Based Permissions including strong working knowledge of configuration and administration
  • 5+ years of Organizational Development or HR related experience
  • Project management experience, inclusive of leveraging IT in support of  organization effectiveness processes  
  • Experience in supporting global organizations with multiple sites
  • Process orientation and process compliance experience
  • Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong team-player
  • Experience in management of confidential information
  • Modeling, desktop automation, system integration and business analysis skills
  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills
