Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, HRIS, HRIT, or related field of study
- Advanced experience with configuring and implementing SuccessFactors TM-related modules: Performance, Goals, Succession, 360, StackRanker, Calibration, Reporting, Career Development Planning, Role-Based Permissions including strong working knowledge of configuration and administration
- 5+ years of Organizational Development or HR related experience
- Project management experience, inclusive of leveraging IT in support of organization effectiveness processes
- Experience in supporting global organizations with multiple sites
- Process orientation and process compliance experience
- Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong team-player
- Experience in management of confidential information
- Modeling, desktop automation, system integration and business analysis skills
- Advanced reporting and analytics skills
- Practical mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Master Degree/MBA in Management, HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, HRIS, HRIT, or related field field of study
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Global project management experience
- Proficiency with SAP and Taleo
