Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology or other related field
- 10+ years of research or commercial experience
- Expertise in RNA biology and RNA interference.
- Broad laboratory and research leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Solid literature and/or patent publication record
- Strong networks and relationships with the academic research community
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience in plant biology and genomics
