Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of classical marketing and brand management experience
- Solid understanding and ability to use the marketing mix
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute promotional programs that increase brand equity
- Demonstrated creative and conceptual thinking capabilities
- Ability to lead key stakeholders (management, peers, field sales, etc.) through challenges and opportunities
- Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Must be able to develop, foster and utilize broad base of networks at all levels of the organization to achieve objectives
- Ability to lead and influence activities of cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships
- Must have demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills (fluency in English, Russian and Ukrainian is essential)
- Results orientation with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
