Qualifications
Education:
B.S.E. with any discipline, Chemical or Mechanical Engineer preferred
3-5 years experience through previous manufacturing, internships or coops, knowledge of ISO9001 systems, and safety rules and regulations is ideal.
Competencies/Skills:
This position requires strong oral and written communication skills, excellent personal interaction skills, strong problem solving skills, initiative, flexibility, the ability to work well in a diverse team environment, and a basic knowledge of engineering skills.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
§ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
§ Demonstrated skills in time management and managing multiple priorities
§ Demonstrated decision making skills
§ Demonstrated effective use of resources
§ Knowledge of environmental and safety rules and regulations
§ Demonstrated knowledge of SPC/SQC
§ A strong regulatory understanding and focus.
§ A high level of leadership abilities in order to drive and lead changes and/or processes within Monsanto.
