Qualifications
Degree level, preferably in Agriculture
Minimum 3 years of relevant Agricultural experience
- Demonstrated success working with seed products and market environments, preferably in the vegetable sector
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Good presentation skills
- Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across functions, with the sales team, customers and distributors
- Active MS Office skills
Knowledge of the Russian agricultural market players
Vegetable market knowledge is an advantage
Fluency in Russian, intermediate level of English
