Description
·         Develop production plans that meets our business demands, surprised our customer satisfaction and that is aligned with our safety, ISO and stewardship guidelines
·         Set goals, establishing indicators and assess soybean production team performance, seeking continuous improvement in our processes and pursuit operational excellence
·         Establish a continuous and clear communication plan with the various functional teams that will represent soybean operations and become a reference point for key business decisions
·         Actively work with cost management under its responsibility and spread this culture within its team, working closely with controllership and financial planning teams
·         Develop a robust succession plan for manufacturing operations, working actively in the individual members development of its team
 
Qualifications
·         Bachelor´s degree in Agronomy
·         Fluent in English
·         Experience with soybean seed production (Manufacturing) is desirable
·         Experience to lead people and processes across functional and cross-functional areas
·         Strong evidence to influence people, inspire others, critical thinking about the business, modeling our pledge and people and team developer
·         Adequate knowledge of company polices and apply them correctly
·         Flexible and able to respond quickly to changing job demands and prioritize multiple responsibilities
·         Experience in Commercial and Marketing areas will be a differential
