Qualifications
- The successful candidate must have at least a B.S. degree, in Agronomic systems engineering or related engineering or science field with at least 5 years of experience developing automation, engineering, and scientific solutions in analytical production and agriculture field environments
- Understanding of field agronomic research is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated record of innovation
- Strong project management and people development skills
- Background in Manufacturing Product Development, Six Sigma, and or Lean Methodologies preferred
- The candidate must have a proven track record of developing mechanisms and automation solutions and innovativeness in developing automation solutions in analytical production and/or agriculture field environments.
