Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in plant breeding and genetics, or closely related disciplines.
- Strong background in plant breeding, genetics, field based research, statistical analysis, molecular biology and molecular marker applications.
- Proficiency with database applications, data analysis, and spreadsheet software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Team leadership skills including excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing people and/or projects in agriculture research field.
- Post doctoral research focused on plant breeding and genetics or related field.
