Skills:
· Benefit/cultural knowledge in multiple countries
· Understanding of financial accounting for pension and other post retirement benefit plans
· Must be fluent in English
· Analytical abilities with a focus on quality of information and thoroughness
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Ability to work with all levels of leadership, influence and negotiate
· Team player
Experience/Education:
· Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
· Benefit professional with 7-10 years benefit experience, preferably in a leadership role
· Previous work experience as a consultant, broker or actuary with H&W and/or Retirement Plans
· Benefit plan design for health and welfare as well as for Retirement Plans
· Merger and Acquisitions experience
· Vendor Management
· Project Management
