Description
- Lead and inspire the local IT team, roughly 6 people, to drive for accountability, operational excellence, business focus and IT responsiveness and flexibility to deliver in the dynamic and varied business environment at the campus.
- Partner with local leaders to represent IT to the rest of the business and ensure IT locally as a whole is focused on the business needs.
- Partner internally within IT (JDE, Quality Systems, ITSS, B2B, etc) to represent the needs of the Swiss campus to IT and drive for business improvements through IT.
- Collaborating directly with the senior business leaders in Switzerland, determine, agree and manage a roadmap for IT, including systems and infrastructure, that is aligned with the long term business and IT needs and plans and delivers significant improvements to our business.
- Ensure that IT locally are compliance and accountable for all Quality, SOX and other regulatory expectations.
- Manage an expense budget of roughly $8MM to get the maximum value for our business and ensure reliable and sustained IT systems supporting our business.
- Champion the Credo - Creates and sustain a credo-based culture.
- As part of the EMEA MAKE IT leadership for MD&D, set and agree EMEA MD&D MAKE IT strategy and contribute to the team such as to influence and improve beyond the Swiss campus.
- Build organizational capability and bench strength through sound organization and people development practices. Identify and cultivate high potential talent as a J&J-wide resource.
- Partner with other senior IT colleagues in Pharma and Consumer locally to drive leverage and maximize the impact of IT
- Promotes innovation and continuous learning by fostering an environment that encourages new thinking and creative ideas.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- 10+ years Supply Chain business experience
- 8+ years IT management experience in Supply Chain, ideally in Manufacturing
- 5+ years experience of working as part of a large international corporation
- 10+ years track record of successful project leadership and major system delivery
- Proven track record in IT strategy development and business partnering at a senior level
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Fluent French a decided advantage
Knowledge/training of Manufacturing Industry leading practices such Lean and GMP
