Qualifications
Required Skills:
Requirements include:
· PhD in Genetics/Plant Breeding with 5 or more years of plant breeding experience, as well as a demonstrated ability to make process improvements within a commercial-scale breeding program
· IT tools expertise with Knowledge of Biometrical genetics, data management and database/data analysis software
· 2 or more years experience as a people Manager
· Be a self-starter with Team leadership skills including excellent organizational and record keeping skills, and the ability to foster a positive Team environment
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of advanced statistics and experimental design principles with excellent computer skills related to data acquisition and analysis. Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Other Information:
