Qualifications
Requirements:
· Strong Agronomical and experimentation knowledge. Good overall computer skills and use of statistical analysis tool.
· Two to five years experience, with demonstrated success in applied field research;
· Ability to perform successfully in a dynamic, team-based environment and as well ability to work in total autonomy
· Must be self-motivated and assertive with a results orientation.
· Driving license
· Intermediate English level minimum
Functional competencies:
Ø Communication Skills: Demonstrate the capacity to integrate a diverse team, to establish quickly strong relation with other TDR in the different country and communicate properly with all the other team (sales, research…) and distributor team. Be able to listen and understand others. Demonstrate capacity to speech in meeting and to present argument and benefits of product to a sales team.
Ø Accuracy and Discipline: Pay attention to detail and accuracy for all the trial work (sowing, transplantation and specially, data's collection).Use all the tools in place (FTS).Provide accurate data's and Scientifics results. Provides information in a useable form and on a timely basis to others.
Ø Analytical mind: Demonstrate capacity to look for the reason and causes of results. Be able to synthetics all the factors of different results to find the major factors that can affect results.
Ø Be able to analyze quickly the markets needs and set up special project to answer it.
Ø Futuristic Thinking: Be able to look for what will be the market in short to medium term. What will be ask from growers and from consumer. Communicate this information to crop team and propose new project. Propose new idea of protocols and trials to help to find variety FAB's or to speed up the process of the variety characterization.
