Description
Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance Services (GFS) Team, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, to be based in Raritan, NJ. Note: Position will be based in Skillman, NJ and relocate to Raritan, NJ in April 2013.

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide accounting leadership for the World Headquarters Finance Department with particular emphasis on the Balance Sheet. The position provides a broad exposure to Financial Accounting, Treasury, Hedging, Risk Management, and World Wide Procedures.
The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with Senior Leadership across various groups including Consolidations and Treasury, and will maintain close contact with Worldwide Procedures group to ensure accurate accounting for various complex transactions. Additionally they will own Risk Management financial support which involves partnering with key stakeholders, evaluating the key financial statements, coordinating the related BRAVO submissions, and compiling value added operational analysis.
This position also has an organizational management component as it will supervise associates responsible for all World Headquarters hedging activity. Other areas of focus include various closing responsibilities, serving as the liaison to both Internal and External Auditors, assuring SOX adherence, and assisting with the efficiency and effectiveness of business process controls.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. An MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred. A minimum of three (3) years finance or related business experience is required. Candidate must possess strong accounting, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required. Prior experience with SAP is preferred. Strong systems skills (Excel, PowerPoint, G/L) and the ability to integrate new technologies are required.
