MillerCoors, Albany, GA Brewery, has an opening for a Wastewater Treatment Mechanic to operate, maintain and improve all equipment and process parameters in the Wastewater Treatment Department in a manner that achieves manufacturing outputs and expectations.
Maintain clean, orderly and safe working environment.
Maintain and service all wastewater treatment related equipment to acceptable standards as outlined by the Miller Maintenance System (MMS) guidelines.
Communicate with the shift Team Leader and indicates all issues preventing work from being performed in a timely and quality manner.
Help prioritize and schedule daily and weekly work through the Planner and Maintenance Work Group Manager.
Use problem solving techniques (5-Why, etc.) to investigate and determine root causes of machine downtime to support continuous improvement of Reliability Centered Maintenance.
Perform Preventative Maintenance and Total Predictive Maintenance using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology to insure machine reliability.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop RCM packages in support of reliability improvement.
Provide expertise to the Planner in estimating job requirements.
Ensure machines and associated equipment is lubricated per machine specifications.Communicate to Management accurate information on equipment problems and notify if downtime is anticipated to exceed the minimum acceptable levels.
Minimum of 3 years experience in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical equipment/systems, preferably with high wastewater and process equipment in the food/beverage industry. |
