The Workforce Planning and Process Analyst enables the MillerCoors Talent Resourcing and Talent Management processes by collecting and analyzing workforce analytics (e .g. demographic trends, labor market availability, turnover rates, time to fill rates, unemployment rates, talent and business performance results, retirement rates and projections, employee engagement survey results, benchmarking surveys, etc.).
He/she is primarily responsible for advancing the work of the Workforce Planning and Talent Programs and Integrated Talent Management teams by collecting, benchmarking and analyzing data and deriving insights.
To achieve their responsibilities, he/she must routinely source and examine data.
The Workforce Planning and Process Analyst must have the ability to work independently.
Key Outputs
- Provides actionable strategic insights and prescriptive recommendations for workforce plans
- Provides support Manager, Workforce Planning and Talent Programs to determine the analysis technique employed to answer key talent questions
- Leads the development and analysis of select research studies, including both qualitative and quantitative
- Provides support to interpret talent trends and studies
- Works as a team player to achieve individual and team outputs
- Partners with team members to facilitate sharing and consistent application of data
- Works closely with People Operations in the use and effectiveness of research suppliers to ensure quality of work
Education and Experience
- Bachelorâs degree
- 2 years of research experience
- Masterâs degree in social sciences or research (preferred)
- Experience strategic workforce planning (preferred)
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with workforce analytics and research or other quantitative analytics
- Ability to tell and communicate a story with analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external partnerships
- Proven success in managing multiple projects at one time
