Responsible for developing and implementing technical infrastructure strategies and architectures for assigned domains (communications, data center, end user services, brewery). Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture function and infrastructure service provider architecture team govern the future growth and development of MillerCoors’ IT infrastructure. Accountable for lead design activities on infrastructure projects within assigned domain and as technical consultant support to the solution architects.
Area of Responsibilities:
·Lead development of end-state architecture and associated roadmaps for assigned infrastructure domains, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers
·Execute and comply with Enterprise Architecture processes, standards, templates and components to ensure alignment between infrastructure and other architecture domains
·Provide technical leadership for the definition, design, and implementation of new infrastructure components and services
·Provide technical consulting to other architecture functions to ensure that solutions effectively leverage infrastructure capabilities and services
·Communicate MillerCoors’ technical strategies, policies, standards and practices, and ensure that compliance and sustainability are integrated into service governance processes ·Enable and drive technical integrity of projects through participation in solution design and enterprise architecture governance processes
·Promote the technology architecture discipline within the Enterprise Architecture community
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and developments and identify and investigate specific technologies, products, methods and techniques to assess their potential benefit to MillerCoors
Education Level and/or Experience:
* BS Degree in computer related discipline
*6-8 years experience in information technology
Skills and/or Knowledge:
*Expert in own domain (communications, end user services, data center, brewery)
*Expert in Operating Infrastructure - Knowledge of the IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc) used within MillerCoors
*Understanding of strategic issues with detailed practical knowledge of the MillerCoors IT infrastructure
*Knowledge of MillerCoors IT strategy, policies and standards
*Experience in delivering and supporting infrastructure services in a manufacturing environment
*Broad skills and knowledge around IT methods, practices, and processes including skills with managing infrastructure and services connected to business partners
*Strong skills communicating uses of infrastructure to division leadership. Skilled and experienced at interacting with senior IT executives
*Excellent planning skills to enable delivery of services
*Solid understanding of risk and security practices.
Strong knowledge of Distributor business systems and operations
