Job Text

Leads the development and implementation of energy management and usage reduction strategies.  Assists in the development of reducing utilities pricing.  Provides oversight of ongoing utility usage and budgeting.  Provides operational reliability through improvement in process, people and asset reliability.  Ensure that processes are functional, safe and validated to perform at their design capability and inherent reliability. 

Responsible for the safety and quality of our products by adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines.

Provides technical expertise to assist the brewery to continuously improve their utility operations and energy management, reduce usage, improve quality and reduce their overall cost of operation. 



  • Manages operating and process reliability optimization
  • Oversees capital project creation and implementation
  • Leads problem solving and efficiency improvement solutions
  • Leads brewery energy and environmental initiatives
  • Supports brewery safety initiatives
  • Supports team performance and creates a culture of employee engagement


Education level and/or experience


  • BS in engineering or technical degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of six (6) years in an engineering or maintenance leadership position in utilities or power plant operations.
  • Experience with ammonia refrigeration or freon equipment and process safety management required.
