This position requires:

·      2 to 5 years of Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment

·      Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·      2 to 5 years experience with budget management and control

·      At least 2 years experience in SAP

·      Ability to work 2^nd shift, generally from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, and adjust schedule as needed  

·      Ability to challenge business practices effectively

·      Leadership skills

·      Ability to proactively develop opportunities for the staff

The employee is regularly required to stand, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to regularly lift / move 10 pounds and frequently lift / move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Position requires the ability to work changing schedules.
