The Associate Director, Regulatory Compliance Systems and Program Management is primarily responsible for providing project management and/ or facilitation of the Enterprise Regulatory Compliance related projects. Additionally, the Associate Director will be responsible for the organization and coordination of both department metrics/reports and the Enterprise Compliance metrics. This position is responsible for supporting the Enterprise Compliance organization in managing compliance related projects and assisting in setting up compliance strategies and implementing compliance forecasting models. The Associate Director will deliver proactive analytics capability to drive insight-based approach to identify areas of opportunity for increased compliance and reduced risk. This includes processes for conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative data and text analytics. This individual will perform in-depth quantitative analysis for compliance management and strategy development.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. A focused degree in science, business, engineering, or organizational management is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of healthcare industry experience is required. Experience in Program management, Quality and/or Regulatory Compliance is also required. Issue remediation experience is required. Experience with successful project management from inception to delivery is required. Demonstrated experience managing multiple initiatives and/or strategies with the ability to influence without authority is highly preferred. Proven experience driving results to established timelines and remaining focused under ambiguous and complex situations is required. Strong consultant and leadership skills are required. The ability to successfully support quick turnaround requests is required. Must be computer literate with good familiarity with Powerpoint and databases (Excel/ Edge). This position is global in nature but will be based in NJ. Approximately 30% global travel will be required, with higher peaks depending on issues.
