Already with an impressive track record, it is critical that our Sales organisation continues to be effectively structured to deliver sustained growth and is able to manage a developing product portfolio, aligned to meet the needs of our clinical and commercial customers.

As Account Manager - Ethicon Surgical Care, reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you'll join our number one performing cluster in EMEA, with the key responsibility for creating and developing customers, managing your territory as if it were your own business. That'll mean maintaining major customers and core business whilst developing new business strategies, including acquisition of competitor business and adoption of our premium technologies. Specifically this will involve:
- selling Access, Repair and Closure products predominantly for abdominal procedures
- taking ownership for account management with total visibility of account sales across the Ethicon portfolio

- partner with our Professional Education team to champion our comprehensive offering - adding value to the customer.

Qualifications


You must have a proven sales track record ideally within the medical/medical devices and diagnostics arena but this is not essential and a good understanding of the operating theatre environment would be benefical. Able to function at high level whilst working alone, you'll also have a strong affinity for teamwork, combined with entrepreneurial behaviour, excellent negotiating skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships with key customers. Balancing the need to be self-driven and highly competitive yet customer-centric at all times.
