The Associate Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building digital capability, driving digital innovation and executing local digital media initiatives supporting the MillerCoorsâ Field Marketing and Distributor organization.
Job Responsibilities
Digital strategy and thought leadership:
*Support the Evolution and execution of the MillerCoors digital strategy
*Identify how to leverage emerging technology platforms and strategies to deliver connections with consumers
*Connect the dots between organizational silos for best practices
*Provide smart and innovative direction and demonstrate thought leadership by pushing for new directions and ideas
*Work with the consumer insights team in order to better understand the consumer in a digital environment
Connecting and supporting stakeholders:
*Provide recommendations for connection between national and local digital marketing programs
*Socialize digital strategy and connect strategy to key stakeholderâ s business needs
*Act as digital ambassador for sales, retail and distributor partners
*Identify opportunities to influence and inspire key stakeholders
Test & Scale:
*Partner with key stakeholders to identify ideas and tactics that support the digital strategy
*Implement digital marketing tests in the market
*Work with insights team to set-up success metrics
*Use results to drive future opportunities in the annual planning process
Planning:
*Provide digital thought leadership during planning process
*Provide point of view & recommendations on digital media plans/partners
*Share best practices and find opportunities to drive efficiency in dollars and thought
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education level and/or experience:
*A relevant related Bachelorâ s degree is required,
*Minimum of 3 years digital marketing and /or media or agency experience
Skills and/or knowledge:
*Knowledge of digital marketing and media landscape with ability to translate to impact into marketing opportunities
*Knowledge of beer industry & 3-tier system a plus
*Ability to manage self and working environment
*Able to persuade and negotiate effectively
*Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
*Experience leading agency partners
