Qualifications
· M.Sc. in Plant Breeding, Agronomy, Agriculture Engineer or related field of study with 3+ years of significant people and project management experience in an agricultural-related research position.
· Good working knowledge of statistics and experimental design
· Broad knowledge of India corn production and farming practices.
· Experience with farm equipment operation and repair.
· Experience and an interest in specialized testing equipment.
· Ability to work though complex challenges to find unique solutions for operations and mechanization.
· Team leadership and supervisory experience.
· Strong computer skills related to data acquisition, organization, and data analysis.
· Driving experience is a big plus.
