Digital Strategy Manager EMEA

(based in Germany)

In order to deliver on the ambitious goals for digital, Janssen EMEA, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson is in search of energetic and entrepreneurial digital marketers which, as part of a European Integrated Brand Value Team (IBVT), will drive the integration of digital into the go-to market approach of Key Brands.

As IBVT member the candidate will contribute to the definition of a multichannel brand strategy (comprising online and offline integrated campaigns) in alignment to brand objectives and customer preferences.

The candidate will then support the IBVT and the local operating companies in the deployment of the digital activities, in close collaboration with IT EMEA.

Key responsibilities

· Builds a strong knowledge of the therapeutic area including key stakeholders, barriers and drivers

· Maintains an understanding of the online activity related to the therapeutic areas including brand digital footprint, communities and activities of online competition

· Is capable of acting as subject matter expert on Digital towards the IBVT, suggesting the right channels/activities to engage with specific stakeholder groupsDevelops and presents tructured Project Charters for initiatives, with well researched business cases and defined success measures

· Leads the design and deployment of assigned digital activities in collaboration with IT EMEA and local operating companies

· Sets & measures KPIs that are relevant to showcase business impact

· Forms productive networks with internal business partners, external customers & stakeholders and the vendor community

· Supports change management and adoption resulting from business initiatives, by participating in business change teams, user training where appropriate, and through regular review of metrics.

Qualifications


· Bachelors Degree, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline (marketing)

· 5+ years of experience in online marketing with a proven track record in developing effective digital strategies and delivering successful online campaigns

· Areas of expertise should include one or more of the following:

o Development of online platforms (including Search Engine Optimization)

o Social Media campaigns

o Mobile Solutions

o Search Engine Marketing (including Paid Search and Display advertising)

o eMail & Database marketing

· Past experience in an internet company is highly desirable

· Strong project management skills- demonstrated experience developing project plans, communicating changes and completing projects on-time and within budget.

· Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation

· Strong team player who is able to work collaboratively - excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members

· High energy level, entrepreneurial mindset

· Experience in working within virtual teams

· Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA
