Position Description: Responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions in current and future operations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum of four years of related experience is required. Additional Requirements:
MBA and/or Industrial Engineering Masters Degree preferred.
Experience working with reverse logistics is a strong preference.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in:
MS Office
MS Project and/or Visio
AutoCAD, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Inventory Analyst tools
Mapping analysis tools and/or Simulation, preferred Responsibilities:
Collects data and performs statistical analysis
Maps and documents processes
Recommends and implements process improvement
Redesigns and/or reengineers logistics processes
Supports business development and creates efficient designs and solutions
Confers with the Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions
Manages small and medium size projects
Assists in the development and delivery of presentations to customers as part of the sales team effort
