LifeScan is a division of Cilag GmbH International; both companies belong to Johnson & Johnson family of companies. LifeScan is engaged in the manufacturing, global distribution and marketing of blood glucose monitoring systems for diabetic patients with markets spanning across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Canada, USA, Asia Pacific and Latin America to create a world without limits for people with diabetes. In order to meet market needs, LifeScan has centralized its logistics structures, distribution and finance processes in Zug, Switzerland.
We are currently recruiting for our EMEA Business Intelligence team three Cluster Business Intelligence and Strategy Managers.
The three positions are to cover Northern Europe , South West Europe or Emerging Markets.
•The Cluster BI manager will fulfill a strategic task of being the Area General Manager's consultative analytical support; collaborating to create & review business cases,commercial investment opportunities, as well as business and strategic planning.
•Deliver solutions, systems, and processes leading to deep actionable insights driving business growth through category, share gains, inventory management, and pricing.
•Develop strong cross-functional partnership with business unit leaders, marketing, strategic affairs, medical affairs, and finance, both at the cluster and the country levels.
•Clear and concise communication skills required, with clear prioritization of the big picture messages and insights, delivered using concise actionable language, yet with strongattention to detail to provide a high level of credibility.
•Deliverables include country and cluster business planning & updates, KPI development and measurement, commercial dashboard monthly reviews, patient demand generation modeling, meter efficiency, forecasting, operating plan reviews, and strategic planning.
•Institutionalize process excellence and data-driven decision making, as well as the associated cross-functional education and training required to raise the level of analyticalcompetency across the organization.
•Design, develop and implement analytical models to identify new business opportunities; become fluent in the use of a wide array of data and host systems, such as transactional sales data, sell-in and sell-out volume data (e.g. IMS), sales operational growth and valueshare data, market intelligence overlays, and quantitative/qualitative research to advise strategies/tactics and support business decisions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
•5+ years work experience required, with management consulting or commercial analytics experience strongly preferred; commercial sales & marketing in healthcare preferred
•Fluent spoken and written English essential. Expect regular travel within region
•MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Applied Sciences, Operations Research orequivalent is required
