Required Skills/Experience:

- Advanced word processing and spreadsheet competencies
- Computer proficiency in learning applications and training users
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally, including international travel
- Documented individual leadership skills including excellent organizational and record keeping
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary/multicultural Global Support Team
- Write and speak fluently in English
Desired Skills/Experience:
- MS in Agronomy or related field
- Familiarity with multiple aspects of corn breeding workflows
- Knowledge of current breeding IT tools
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Proficiency in language(s) other than English is a plus
