Job Description: Warehouse Management (ECC WM/eWM), Plant Maintenance, Materials Management Functional Specialist
Responsible for new solutions and maintaining existing solutions throughout the MillerCoors portfolio of applications and projects focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM) within the Warehouse Management (ECC/eWM), Plant Maintenance, and Inventory Management which will include experience in Materials Management expertise with batch management and Handling Unit Management.
· Responsible for leading plan, analyze, design and implementation of integrated enterprise SAP solutions and enhancements to existing solutions while maintaining knowledge of market best practices and industry trends in areas of Application design and delivery.
· Collaborate with the BIS/IT (Business Information Solutions) Process Leads, Solution/Enterprise architects, Business Process Partners, SAP Functional Specialists and non-SAP application architects to ensure alignment with the integrated solution to be delivered to meet business process requirements.
· Identify opportunities for improvement specific to area of expertise.Leads and directs functional teams which may represent on- and off-shore resources to implement, maintain, improve, and support solutions according to agreed BIS/IT strategy and plans. Areas of Responsibility 1. Delivery of business process solutions and process/application improvements which includes the project lifecycle phases within the Plant Maintenance and Warehouse management solutions. 2. Financial Management including accurate estimates of functional solutions and services for projects and enhancements. 3. Service Provider Optimization includes: · Improving functional solution implementation practices; including directing IT partner improvements. · Works with Service Delivery Managers and IT partner teams to improve support practices.
Education level and/or Experience:
· Bachelorâ s degree or more advanced IT degree.
· 3 + years experience in SCM Extended Warehouse Management, Yard Management, and Plant Maintenance (but not limited to) and 3 life cycle implementations within these application areas.
· 3 + years experience designing and developing integrated business solutions, experience working in a collaborative environment, and leading and directing third party service providers.
Required Skills:
· Minimum application levels in SAP ERP are ECC5 but ECC6 is preferred and would like someone with eWM experience with SCM 7.0.
· Support the design and development of enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces including specifications, testing and error resolution.
· Has a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving.
· Provide proactive and timely response to all design and production challenges.
· The ability to troubleshoot design issues and engage SAP Service Marketplace/OSS as required obtaining resolution.
