Plays a senior role in realizing reporting and analytics strategy. 3-5 year's experience in an analytical role, including demonstrated experience in gathering reporting requirements, designing and implementing solutions. Experience with creation of process metrics, dashboards and digital cockpits a plus. Demonstrated experience in creating and working with operational and financial measures. Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), score cards and dashboards. Must be familiar with KP membership processes and systems including Foundation Systems (FS) and Workflow Management System (WMS). Ability to synthesize complex data into user friendly visual presentations for use by Operations Management. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization ranging from senior management to front line staff. Must have solid experience in report development. Must be flexible and open to incorporating new reporting tools and solutions in order to deliver best results to the business. Experience in Membership Administration a plus. Experience with Health Care Operations technology. Ability to take an abstract assignment and drive it to clarity through concept and definition. Experience with project management and driving initiatives across multiple departments is a plus.

Preferred experience:
Experience inindividual and/orgroup healthcare administration setting.
Familiar with core membership business processes such as enrollment, member cancellation, cash application, reconciliation.
Solid process improvement knowledge and experience, e.g., Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement Methodology (RIM), Plan Do Study Act (PDSA).
Experience with Kaiser's Unit Based Teams (UBTs).
Background in statistical analysis and/or finance a plus.
Advanced MS Excel skills and background in MS Access.
Familiarity with enterprise business intelligence tools such as Business Objects is a plus.
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Equivalent experience is 3 - 5 years in a healthcare operations setting.
Business knowledge - Helping to drive metrics and reporting & analytics.
