Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- MS degree with 3+ years of field experience in Plant Pathology, Plant Disease Management, Agronomy, Botany, Horticulture, Weed Science, or other Plant Science related field
- Training and experience in experimental design, field test plot management, statistics, and data interpretation.
- Sound technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a cross functional team environment.
- Candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills to clearly articulate results and recommendations to diverse audiences and influence research priorities and strategy.
Desired Skills/ Experience:
- PhD in Plant Pathology, Plant Disease Management, Agronomy, Botany, Horticulture, Weed Science, or other Plant Science related discipline
- Practical knowledge of plant pathology, fungicides, cropping systems, and agricultural practices.
