Qualifications
  • Ph.D. preferred. Master's degree in the agronomic sciences with emphasis on applied field research required. Candidates that have submitted their Master thesis or Doctoral dissertation may apply, provided that continued employment would depend on successfully completing the degrees within a reasonable time from their appointment.
  • Willingness to relocate to St. Louis for the duration of the training.
  • Willingness to relocate to a region for permanent deployment.
  • Maintain high safety standards.
  • Successful working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Effectively demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and assertiveness.
  • Able to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds if necessary (a bag of seed)
