Position Title: Manager, Channel Management (??/??)

Sector: MD&D

Department: Supply Chain

Report to: NA Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities
- Set up sales/distribution channel strategy and implement it
- Set up KPI's and monitor performance of sales/distribution channel partners
- Develop and organize training for channel partners
- Lead process enhancement of channel partners

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or above
- At least 9 years of work experience (??, ??)
- More than 5 years of experience in medical device industry
- Excellent understanding about distribution channel in medical device industry
- Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
- Sales manager experience is plus
- People management experience preferred
