The Director OD is responsible for leading and applying appropriate change methodology, including the planning, pre-implementation, implementation, and anchoring of specific change projects - while creating and driving best practice across the organization. The scope of this role e nsures that multiple change initiatives are implemented and anchored in way that will shape the desired culture, housed within a high-engagement organization (including enterprise-wide business strategy and projects, significant organization designs/restructuring, new systems/technology, applications, work processes).   Provide strategic roll up and understanding of organizational strengths and opportunities; delivery plans and capabilities to fill gaps and prepare the organization for aggressive growth agendas. The role is also responsible for establishing and executing a common MillerCoors change framework and leads in the enterprise Change Council.   Leads change management capability building for HR and leaders across the business

Change Management
- Leads OD initiatives throughout the organization, which include changes to structure, processes, systems and organizational culture.
- Develop appropriate OD methodology, implementation and anchoring of specific projects in addition to enhancing the methodology with project learnings.  
- ppropriately scope specific OD outcomes so that the key business case deliverables are met.
- evelop change management plans and obtain agreement with the appropriate senior leader.
- rives the desired culture by understanding the key business and resource drivers and then leveraging organization interventions using an extensive range of tools and techniques. Is able to demonstrate clear linkage between intervention and outcome.
- Demonstrate executional excellence in implementing OD initiatives, systems and processes which will allow the key focus of the role to be on the implementation of strategy and not only operational.
- Identifies effective tools and methods for monitoring the effect of OD on the organization culture.

Relationship Building
- Ensure personal credibility and impact through influencing others, leading people, and communicating clearly.
- Applies interpersonal relationship, consulting and advocacy skills to manage the change management process within the business, adding value to facilitate alignment across client groups.
- Create and maintain relationships with other HR functions through partnerships.
- Collaborates with global OD groups SABMiller and MolsonCoors for best practice sharing, global metrics and cross-organizational initiatives


Strategic Alignment/Business Savvy
- Understands the business in its competitive environment and builds/drives change management capability within Business Partners, and line leadership (framework, process, tools, etc).
- Builds a strong strategic thinking discipline in the business relating to business strategy and change management, delivering performance value, goal alignment and the building of strong functional capability.

Special Projects
Leads a team and personally engages in the following:
- Special projects that drive the HR division mandate and MillerCoors SOP (e.g., ABBC strategy projects, culture, employer of choice, etc.)

Education level and/or experience
- Minimum of 10-12 years of business and organizational development experience.
- Bachelor degree in OD, HR or related field is required.
- Graduate degree in OD, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MBA   or related field is preferred
- Proven experience and ability to create presence in the business, consulting, and applying advocacy skills to position OD as a strategic business partner
- Strong knowledge and experience in job and organizational design.
- Successful experience supporting or leading multiple projects.
- Extensive experience and therefore understanding of the organization value chain and how OD relates to the business value chain thereby relating decisions to financial and no financial work results
- Proven track record in the systems thinking and understanding in order to provide business differentiating solutions

Skills and/or knowledge
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, practices, processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to design facilitation processes and understand inherent group dynamics.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Strong bias for action and results orientation.
- Ability to solve complex problems.

Other requirements
- A sound commercial orientation that will result in fast learning about the business, its context, and the US beer industry
- A mature, balanced outlook that lends itself to fast, pragmatic decisions and actions based on sound judgment
- Holds self and other accountable, appreciates others; and perspectives, and is committed to diverse perspectives
- Approximately 25% travel is associated with this position.
