POST DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP-000004V5

Description

Janssen Global Services, a member of Johnson & Johnson's family of companies, is recruiting for Post Doctoral Fellows, located in Raritan, NJ, or Horsham, PA. The Post Doctoral Fellow program has a duration of 2 years.

Janssen Global Services, L.L.C. (JGS) is a legal corporate entity encompassing a unique group of departments/organizations/teams that provide leadership across business critical areas for Janssen, the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson. The following groups make up JGS: Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Global Pharmaceutical Communications and Public Affairs; U.S. Pharmaceutical Procurement Group (USPPG); and Pharmaceuticals Group Business Development (PGBD).

Global Market Access is a global organization with a responsibility to ensure patient access to Janssen's pharmaceutical products around the globe. It is a cross-functional team comprised of more than 60 professionals located at various international locations with main offices in NJ, PA and Belgium. Key areas of expertise include Health Economics, Pricing, Patient Reported Outcomes, Market Access Analytics, Personalized Medicine and Public Health. Our work drives early and informed decision making to ensure that the patient's unmet needs and evidence requirements of payers and health technology assessment groups across key markets are incorporated into clinical development programs through strong collaboration with functional partners and regional colleagues.

The Post Doctoral Fellowship offers hands-on exposure to work within Global Market Access in support of the value propositions for our pharmaceutical products. Fellows should have a strong desire to work in market access and develop evidence to demonstrate the value of our pharmaceutical products to patients, payers, and health technology assessment agencies. The Fellow will be a working member of teams that are generating evidence to substantiate the potential value to patients, payers, and health technology assessment agencies of innovative pharmaceutical products. The Fellow will be expected to participate in the planning and execution of studies (literature reviews, data analyses, modeling etc.) and will also be encouraged to present their data both internally and externally, with the opportunity to publish research findings. The structure and content for each fellowship will vary based on academic/professional research interest. All fellowship participants will have individual development opportunities tailored to the needs of the department and their personal goals.
