Description

The New product Introduction Quality & Compliance group oversights the new / modified product introduction ranging from Cosmetics, Medical Devices and OTC drugs.

The position will be in charge of supporting the Power-to-Grow program by managing modified product introduction into External manufactures and J&J plants.

Key responsabilities :
- Participate to project teams to ensure compliance to J&J guidelines and European / local legislation
- Participation and approval of development plan / stability protocol
- Participation and approval of raw material qualification plan
- Evaluation and approval of change control plan
- Follow up on process trial / validation during NPI : reviews process validation protocol and report for External manufacturers
- Ensure compliance of authorization for product release document
- Identify, highlight quality issue and participate to quality issues resolution and follow up on resulting CAPA
- Proactively identify quality and compliance gaps and ensure continuous improvement process of the NPI process

Qualifications

- Scientific master degree (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, microbiology...)
- Knowledge of GMP and cosmetic products acquired through minimum 2 years experience in a transferable field. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent English
