Vision Care, the contact lens division of Johnson & Johnson, is well established as the world-leading manufacturer of contact lenses and continues to experience rapid growth. This progressive and innovative company includes among its' brands the No 1 selling brand of lenses, ACUVUEŽ, which is distributed in over 70 countries worldwide.

The Professional Affairs Manager's role is to optimize customers' and key influencers' awareness of the clinical benefits of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care's products and to ensure that Johnson & Johnson Vision Care's products are used correctly by Eye Care Professionals. The candidates must have a strong desire to initiate and deliver innovative and imaginative educational programmes throughout Austria and Switzerland.

Further main tasks will be:

- Develop and execute technical training for customers and Johnson & Johnson Vision Care staff and maintain recognized expertise in the field of contact lenses
- Budget Management
- Develop and support Local Key Opinion Leaders
- Interface between Eye Care Professionals and Regulatory Affairs departments to ensure that Medical Device Vigilance and Medical Device Regulations procedures are carried out correctly in the Regions
- Ongoing revision of training methods and preparation of presentations
- Attend and speak at key conferences to obtain latest knowledge on contact lens research; publish articles
- Meet with educational institutions and Eye Care Professionals; identify and develop new partnerships

Qualifications


We are seeking candidates that are dynamic, highly motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and build enduring relationships with both professional and support staff. Additionally we are looking for an eye care professional with a proven record in contact lens fitting, teaching, presentation and publication development.
