The  Sr. Loan Administration Associate is responsible for Investor Reporting and Servicing activities related to MPF Loans. Duties will include; review of reconciliations, including custodial account reconciliations by PFIs, FNMA shortage/surplus and cash reconciliations; research and analysis of payment applications and turnaround report exceptions; as well as customer service communications with our Master Servicer, MPF Banks, PFIs, auditors and internal groups.
 
Specifications: Bachelors degree, 5-10 years mortgage servicing experience. Knowledge of Fannie Mae Servicing guidelines, specifically Investor Reporting, and recent residential mortgage loan servicing experience required. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet crucial deadlines a must. MS Office expertise, including Word, Excel and Access.
