Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- An MSc or PhD degree in Physical Sciences, Plant Biology, Breeding, Engineering or a related field
- 10 years of proven leadership experience
- At least 5 years experience in delivering scalable solutions for field applications
- Familiarity with the needs for and application of analytical, molecular and imaging tools to field environments, such as pathogen detection, environmental testing, remote imaging, soil analytics.
- Experience in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
Desired Skills and Experience
- PhD degree in Physical Sciences, Plant biology, Breeding, Engineering or a related field
- Experience and tenure within academic or industrial organizations focusing on environmental detection systems
