We are currently seeking a Provider Relations Representative to join our team.
The Provider Relations Representative is responsible for maintaining working relationships with the existing provider network. Assists providers with policy and procedure interpretation. Maintains accurate and current databases relating to provider facilities and physician information. May assist with physician recruitment.

The successful incumbent will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years customer service experience with exposure to benefits interpretation and provider networking. Knowledge of managed care policy and direction, benefit plan design, and provider fee schedules desired. Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes desired. Strong analytic, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills required.
