Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor Degree is a requirement,
- Additional formal education (MS, MBA) with HR specialization is considered an asset.
Skills and Experience:
- Work experience as part of an HR team within an international environment and sound understanding of the different HR functions.
- Managing complex projects with international scope
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience of managing and developing learning content & processes
- Expertise in the identification and ongoing management of vendors
- Proven ability to foster excellent relationships, specially with senior stakeholder
- Very good influencing, negotiation and analytical skill
- Proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization with competing deadlines
- technical Saviness, good level of Microsoft Office (specially power point and excel). Knowledge of Publisher and Visio is considered a plus.
- High level of verbal and written English is a must. Any other European language would be beneficial
