Description

1. Identify and eatablish training requirements for non-cilincian stakeholder education programs through understanding, analyzing and defining the non-clinician customer's training needs and build differentiated and customized training programs;

2. Work closely with the hospital manamgement project team and internal business units on flawlese execution of HMP programs based on professional education framework;

3. Measure the effectiveness of non-clinician stakeholder education programs and post-event follow-up to continuously optimizing the program and process;

4. Participate in the establishing case database and CoEs of hospital managment as the continuum of non-clinician stakeholder education;

5. Share the company resources, curriculum resources, and help business units build specific hospital management programs

Qualifications


1. Bachelors degaree in medicine or related areas;

2. 4-5 years working exprience in healthcare industry

3. Experience with at least 2 functional areas

4. Excellent English and computer skill
