Manage the operational delivery of infrastructure services for assigned service domains. Key responsibilities include contract governance, service provider relationship management, service delivery, service level agreement monitoring and measurement, issue resolution, service request management,  and continuous improvement. 
 
Infrastructure Service Management and Governance:
*Directly manage  the operational delivery of outsourced infrastructure services for assigned service domains, including service delivery, service level monitoring and reporting, problem management, capacity planning, service request management, and relationship management
*Plan, implement, and track  initiatives to drive continuous service and process improvement for assigned service domains
*Develop and leverage effective working relationships with service provider service delivery management to build and sustain effective service delivery teams and processes
*Collaborate  with application development and application maintenance teams ensure the timely and effective delivery of supporting infrastructure services for new applications and enhancements
*Support  the identification, prioritization, and business justification for infrastructure service  enhancements or extensions
*Participate in  the planning and execution of operational and management level governance for assigned service domains
*Manage the development, submission, approval, and execution of service requests for assigned service domains to ensure  timely provisioning and delivery of services

Education Level and/or Experience:
*Bachelors Degree
*3-6   years experience in one or more of the following IT subject areas desired:
*Vendor Management
*Infrastructure Service Delivery Management or
*Contract Management
*Relationship/Account Management
*IT Operations

Skills and/or Knowledge:
*In-depth knowledge of the technology outsourcing industry, and the ability to leverage industry trends and partner capabilities to ensure that services provided to Miller are reflective of industry best practices
*Ability to communicate tactical and strategic outsourcing issues and opportunities to a broad range of Information Systems and functional stakeholders.
*Broad knowledge of information technology sourcing practices to support the identification and exploitation of opportunities to leverage technology service providers
*Working knowledge of the contractual terms and conditions related to the services provided, including scope of services, service level agreements, governance, and service delivery processes
*Strong skills related to the definition, negotiation, and measurement of contracts and comprehensive service level agreements as a framework for managing associated services and costs and governance practices by which they are measured
*Indirect management and leadership of large IT service teams and IT functions through service partners and vendors in an on/offshore delivery mode with external team size ranging from 10-25 full time equivalents
