Provides enterprise wide strategic direction and management of all aspects of supplier quality (Brewing and Packaging) from material innovation to Consumer Purchase. Develops, defines and implements supplier quality Strategies for MillerCoors and it’s Brewing and Manufacturing facilities. Engages, influences and trains Suppliers to develop and/or improve their internal Quality Management Systems in order to ensure MillerCoors Standards and performance expectations are achieved. Leads a team of experienced quality professional’s. Engages and directs Suppliers, MolsonCoors/SABMiller Technical compliance, Brewery and MC leadership in matters regarding supplier quality. Ensures adequate resources are committed and managed to support each of the key areas of responsibility. Acts as liaison in a leadership capacity between Suppliers and MC operations for product and package quality, Innovation and special projects. This position can and does demand a high amount of travel (40-60%)
Builds and develops a team of employees in the areas of technical and leadership development. Responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of direct and indirect reports and quality professionals reporting out of functional area. Leads, mentors and develops assigned team in Performance, Career and Talent Management. Promotes and consults with leadership on strategies to create an inclusive and engaging environment.
Responsible for the safety and quality of our products by adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors SQF guidelines. Ensures Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification which includes HACCP, GMP and housekeeping standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Science or related field
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 15+ years Brewing/Packaging quality, quality manager or packaging development experience
- Certified HACCP Manager preferred
- Certified SQF Practitioner preferred
- Certified Quality manager preferred
- Total Quality Management and/or 6-sigma philosophies; Green Belt or Black Belt or equivalent experience preferred.
