-Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
-Knowledge of SAP cost center accounting and product costing modules
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills
-Experience with leading plant-wide projects, knowledge of Six Sigma training techniques for continuous improvement, exhibiting knowledge of manufacturing process and product portfolio, in-depth knowledge of the various components of standard costs
MBA degree is desired.
