The Revenue Management Director must ensure the regional strategy is formulated and deployed with accurate and insightful economic analysis, and the impact of these decisions are transparent in on-going managerial and financial controls.  This role must ensure the development of a revenue and price promotion strategy in alignment with national/corporate guidance and ensure appropriate methods are in place to execute to that strategy as well as support core commercial analysis to the MUs.

ยท A seasoned business leader [8+ years] and driver to accomplish the objectives of this sales region.   An MBA degree is preferred.   The successful incumbent will have first hand experience in leading a team to define, implement and manage revenue management principles as well as providing deep commercial insights to improve business profitability.  
Strategic Insight :   A well developed strategic capability and proven experience in analyzing the marketplace, anticipating future alternatives and creating a strategic platform from which the business can address these.    He or she must have the proven ability of considering different options across investmen/action type and risk profile. Leadership:     An organized thinker who can motivate, inspire and enlist individual and team support toward achieving a desired objective, while building disciplined financial and commercial capability.   Once the vision is defined, the executive must have the ability to act as a change agent by communicating a compelling and inspired message to rally support throughout the company.  
Results :    The executive will have a proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation; evidence of the ability to consistently take accountability and make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment .  
Action Oriented: Enjoys working hard and looks for challenges.   Able to act and react with speed even if limited information is available.   Not afraid to take charge of a situation when trouble comes; can overcome resistance and take unpopular stands when necessary.
